TNR or TNVR is a process where community cats are humanly trapped, transported to a spay/castration clinic where they are de-sexed and vaccinated, given a recovery period, and then returned to their homes to live out their lives in peace.TNVR cats must be in a humane trap, covered with a towel or blanket, and lined with a newspaper/pee pad/cardboard for the safety of the cat.
There are many places that perform low cost surgeries in York County and surrounding areas.
